Payments will appear on your credit card statement after you complete checkout.
We ship orders paid by 1:00 PM EST the same day. 99.5% of all orders ship within 1 business day. In the case of any issue with your order, we will contact you within 2 business days.
Items under 2 pounds usually ship with USPS while items over 2 pounds ship with FedEx. We offer free shipping to the 48 continental US. During checkout you can select 2nd day and overnight shipping options for an additional fee.
Sales Tax Policies:
Sales tax is charged in NY only. Exact sales tax depends on the county but is usually around 8.6% or so.

Prior to returning merchandise, contact us by phone at 646-758-0144 or by email at email@example.com and we will give you a return authorization number.
You may return any item purchased from the Rockville website for a refund, replacement, or exchange within 90 days of purchase and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. You must return the item in its original box with all the accessories that came with the product.
In addition to the 90 day money back guarantee return policy, there is also a warranty period for each item where we will repair the item at no charge. For warranty past 90 days the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Please note items with physical damage unrelated to shipping are not covered under warranty.
You must notify us within 48 hours if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping.
Process for returning items:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 646-758-0144 and let us know what item you are returning, the reason for the return, the condition of the product, and if you want a refund, replacement, or exchange. We will supply you with a reference number (RMA #) to put on the package which will ensure quick processing of your return. All returns require a RMA#.
When you return an item for a refund it takes 3 business days from the day we receive your returned product in our warehouse until we process the refund. All refunds will be returned back to your original form of payment.
Once orders are placed, they get sent to our warehouse for picking and packing right away. If you need to cancel an order, email us or call us right away and we will do our best. If an order is not able to be cancelled in time, just contact us and request to return the item.
We do not share your contact information with any 3rd parties. We collect information about how customers shop on our site such as what links you click on in order to help improve the site shopping experience. All credit card information and payment information is sent to payment processors in an encrypted way to protect your privacy and information.
